Mr. Lewis’ background as a contractor provides insights into the means and methods of actually constructing a building and understanding the scheduling involved with projects of this magnitude. Our recent estimates for Florida State University have been extremely accurate, with many having a difference of less than 3% of the final construction cost. With these estimating skills, we are confident we can tailor the scope of your project to meet your budget.
Ability to meet your schedule: We are committed to meeting any reasonable schedule provided. We will provide direct principal involvement at every phase of the project, supplemented with a very experienced staff. Our office staff is primarily comprised of registered architects, interior designers, and experienced graduate architects. The average tenure of our employees exceeds ten years per individual.
